Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of products offered on the site www.adoreluxesolaire.com, belonging to Adore Luxe Solaire, located at Rue Françoise Poule 81370 Saint Sulpice, registered under number 85197132500028, email: adoreluxesolaire@gmail.com
Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual. Adore Luxe Solaire cannot be held responsible for a slight difference in appearance (color, texture, rendering on the skin).
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Adore Luxe Solaire reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.
4. Order
The customer can place an order directly on the Site. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Adore Luxe Solaire reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, or total or partial non-payment of a previous order.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and are made via the following means: credit card, PayPal or other payment solutions offered on the Site.
The order is considered validated upon confirmation of payment.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and method chosen. A confirmation email with the tracking number is sent upon shipment.
Adore Luxe Solaire cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or loss linked to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order, provided that the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

8. Liability
Adore Luxe Solaire cannot be held responsible for indirect damage linked to the use of the site or the purchase of products, particularly in the event of misuse or allergy.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (images, texts, logo, brand name, etc.) are the exclusive property of Adore Luxe Solaire. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
10. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing. They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
11. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
