At Adore Luxe Solar, we do everything we can to ship your orders quickly and safely.
📦 Order processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
🌍 Delivery areas
We currently deliver to mainland France.

🚛 Estimated delivery times
- Standard delivery (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, La Poste, etc.): 2 to 5 working days in mainland France.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

💸 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering, depending on the weight, destination and delivery method chosen.
❗ Incorrect address or unclaimed package
Please check your address carefully when ordering.
In the event of an incorrect address, a package not collected or returned to the sender, the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
📨 Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
In the event of non-receipt or proven loss by the carrier, we will initiate a claim and offer you a suitable solution (return or refund).
