Refund policy

At Adore Luxe Solar, the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. If you encounter a problem with your order, here are our return and refund conditions.

📦 Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.

To make a return, please contact us first at adoreluxesolaire@gmail.com specifying:

• your order number
• the reason for the return
• a photo of the product if necessary

No returns will be accepted without prior validation by our customer service.

💰 Refunds

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

• If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If you do not receive your refund after this time, please contact your bank or card issuer.

• Opened or used products
• Orders older than 14 days
• Gift cards (if offered on our site)
• Products on promotion or flash sale
